• Management: Like working with people? Want to be an expert and lead a team? This path encompasses opportunities from project and department management all the way up to president of one of our operating companies. The LDP is our leadership pipeline, which means, when there is an opportunity for advancement into management, our Associates are the first candidates our exectives look to fill these high profile roles.
• Sales: If you're interested in sales, you will be glad to know that Consolidated Graphics is investing in techologies now that our customers are demanding for their future. During your LDP rotations, you will become an expert in all of the products and solutions we offer our clients. And no matter what Consolidated Graphics location you call "home" you can cross-sell all of our capabilities across our 70 company network. This means that no matter what the project, you never have to tell a customer no. 
• Technology: To be able to keep up with the constant changes and growth in our industry, it is imperative that we make investments in technology, and fortunately CGX continually invested and stayed on the forefront of our industry thanks to our strong finanicial stability. Whether you are interested in software implementation and management, product development, security, web-to-print automation, or testing, you can learn from the best and advance quickly.
• Packaging: Recent acquisitions have pushed us into this niche of the printing business and we are excited to offer our clients these additional solutions! The PDP (Packaging Development Program) has been created to put LDP Associates with interest and experience in packaging on a specific path to excel in this field. 
• Accounting: Do you have a talent with numbers and want to take a prominent role in a company? For our Associates with accounting related degrees, we have created the CDP (Controller Development Program) where they will hone in their skills managing company finances and human resources.
• Marketing: This area encompasses a large group of opportunities that a few have as a full-time role, but many have the opportunity to get involved with. Considering we take marketing dreams and make them into tangible printed pieces, there are a lot of points at which you can get involved.
• Anything else?...Absolutely!: Each of our Associates have different paths, goals, titles and responsibilities. The beauty of the program is that as you become an expert in one area, responsibilities tend to follow. Many Associates have created their own unique role in the company that could mix the above paths and even add a few more.
